Tim M.

Tim M. has a diverse work experience ranging from military leadership roles to management consulting and marketing positions. Tim served in the US Army as a Senior Operations Manager and later as an Operations Manager, leading combat patrols and managing organizations in counterinsurgency environments. Tim also worked as an Assistant Professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they taught leadership and marketing and provided educational services to government agencies. Tim held marketing roles at the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), including Marketing Strategist and Senior Product Marketing Manager. Additionally, Tim served as a Management Consultant at Slalom, where they collaborated with healthcare, pharma, and insurance firms to develop strategies for customer and employee engagement. Tim also worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Law School Executive Education and as a Management Consultant at the National Park Service. Most recently, Tim has taken on the role of Market President at Apex Service Partners.

Tim M. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. After that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Corporate Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, attending from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Tim M. obtained several certifications, including a Cloud Digital Leader certification from Google in December 2021, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021, a Digital Product Management Specialization certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2021, a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2021, an Agile Development Specialization certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in July 2021, and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2021. Tim also completed the BreakLine Education Program in March 2021, obtained a Red Team Member certification from the University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies (UFMCS) in August 2019, achieved Distinguished Graduate status from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in June 2019, completed the Master Teacher Program at the United States Military Academy at West Point in March 2018, underwent Crisis Negotiation training with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in August 2017, and completed Advanced Negotiation training at Harvard Law School Executive Education in June 2015. Additionally, they graduated from the Ranger School in May 2007 while serving in the US Army.
