Pavan Narsai

Pavan Narsai is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in propulsion and engineering management within the spacecraft manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Propulsion at Apex since July 2025, Pavan has previously held significant roles, including Senior Manager of Test Systems Engineering at Relativity Space and Director of Engineering at Phase Four. Pavan's expertise is further demonstrated through a series of leadership positions, including principal engineer at Essentium, innovation research engineer at MOMENTUS, and member of the technical staff at Interlog Corporation. Pavan began a professional journey at GeneFluidics as a project manager and has an impressive educational background with a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, alongside a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA.
