Hilde Staes has a diverse professional background in clinical research and pharmaceutical sales, with experience spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Yamanouchi and Pfizer, Hilde transitioned to clinical research roles, serving as a Clinical Research Associate at Bristol-Myers Squibb and AstraZeneca. Subsequently, a position as Research Study Coordinator at Universitairy Hospital Gent was held, followed by a significant tenure at Valesta Clinical Research Solutions as both Senior Clinical Research Associate and FSP CRA Line Manager.
