Matthew Kratzer

Matthew Kratzer is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of progressive experience in technology services, human resources, learning and development, and sales. They have served as an Associate Director of Training at AT&T, leading training initiatives across multiple enterprise segments, and have held various roles such as Lead Consultant Technology and Release Train Engineer. Currently, Matthew is pursuing a Master of Education at the University of Cincinnati, along with a NanoDegree in Data Foundations from Udacity and a Bachelor of Science from Angelo State University. As a servant leader, Matthew is passionate about supporting teams through Agile methodologies and effective project management.
