Lisa Doyle

Lisa Doyle currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Global Payroll at Apex Tool Group, LLC, since September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of HRIS/Payroll Manager at Covia from January 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included leading a payroll team for U.S. and Canadian operations and managing Global HRIS/Payroll programs. Previously, Lisa was the Manager of Payroll and Benefits at Sears Authorized Hometown Stores, overseeing payroll for over 3,700 employees, and held the position of Senior Compensation & Retirement Analyst at Castle Metals, processing various payrolls for approximately 1,200 global employees. Lisa began their payroll career as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist at Golden County Foods Holdings, Inc., managing payrolls and benefits for union and non-union employees. Educationally, Lisa holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rasmussen College.
