Andrew Baboneau

Andrew Baboneau, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Services at Apex Utilities Inc. since November 2020, previously holding the position of Director of Financial Management & Control. Prior experience includes a tenure at AltaGas Utilities Inc. from September 2008 to November 2020, where Andrew directed financial management & control and managed assurance & financial reporting. Andrew has substantial expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, involving technical analysis for General Rate Applications and preparation of financial statements in accordance with Canadian GAAP. Additional roles have included serving on the Board of Directors for Boyle Street Community Services, and positions at AutoCanada and MNP. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta from 1998 to 2002.
