Pragti S. has over 22 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as an Account Associate/Manager at Melcole Public Relations, where they managed PR processes for Hewlett Packard's press releases. In 2000, they became a Customer Support Manager at CG Faxemail, where they handled technical training and acted as a liaison between various departments. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Project Manager at Primus Telecommunications, leading the ISP deployment team and facilitating technology transitions. In 2003, they joined LPNETSOL INC as an IT Project Manager & Client Relation Manager, responsible for managing multiple projects and fostering stakeholder relationships. In 2019, Pragti became the CEO of Apexa Corporation, overseeing staff augmentation and project-based solution delivery. Currently, they hold the position of COO at Apexa iQ.

Pragti S. has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI. Pragti also has a Bachelor's degree in Science with a field of study in Electronics from Delhi University, India. Additionally, they hold certifications in Public Relations from Delhi University, India.
