Renier Herba Ferro

Renier Herba Ferro has held various roles in the software development and IT industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they served as Network Manager at SIBANC - Central Bank of Cuba, where they managed the interbank node and the national network of automatic teller machines. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at Alea Business Software S.L., where they developed desktop applications in C++/C and implemented plugins for applications. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Web Developer at Original Impressions LLC, where they were a Back-end server developer on LAMP environment and a Java SE developer. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer at Asseco Spain, where they provided Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical consulting in system area and special services areas. Finally, since 2018, they have been a Senior Software Development Engineer - Team Lead at ApexEdge, where they have been a Python Back-end developer on AWS Serverless environment and has designed and implemented the RestAPI for Partner communication and web applications.

Renier Herba Ferro received a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Polytechnic University Jose Antonio Echeverria in Havana between 2000 and 2005. Renier has also obtained three additional certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2008 from Microsoft in April 2012, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration from Microsoft in March 2010, and CompTIA Server+ from CompTIA in February 2010.
