Muthu Kumar ..... ( S.K )

Muthu Kumar (S.K) has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruitment. Muthu started their career as a Technical Recruiter at srs infoway in November 2016. From November 2017 to July 2022, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 8K Miles Software Services Ltd, where they gained expertise in sourcing and screening successful candidates using various platforms such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google. Muthu also has knowledge of US tax terms and Boolean search strings.

In July 2022, Muthu joined SecureKloud Technologies as a Team Lead, and later took on the role of Senior Technical Recruiter. Muthu was responsible for leading a team and effectively sourcing candidates for IT positions.

Currently, Muthu is working at Apexon as the Talent Acquisition Lead, a position they started in July 2022. Muthu is also serving as the Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition since January 2023.

Muthu Kumar (S.K) completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from Sree Ramalinga Academy of Higher Education between 2018 and 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a B.Tech degree in Information Technology at PSN College of Engineering and Technology from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Muthu Kumar obtained several certifications. Muthu completed "Agile Project Planning" from Skillsoft in May 2023, "Agile Essentials" from Talent Development in April 2023, and "Agile Principles and Methodologies" from Skillsoft in April 2023.
