Randy French

Randy French has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Randy is currently working as a Business Analyst II at Apexon since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Engineer at Infostretch from June 2022 to February 2023.

Randy French also has extensive experience at Citi, where they held various roles over a span of 14 years. Randy started their career at Citi as a Registered Representative, providing exceptional customer service and support to Help Desk calls. Randy then moved up to become a Registered Representative in Citigold Help Desk and Citi Personal Wealth Management Brokerage Help Desk, where they provided production and policy adherence support to increase client satisfaction scores and coached and mentored representatives to achieve service excellence.

At Citi, Randy French also held roles as a Global ID Information Security Analyst, where they analyzed security gaps, configured security solutions, and performed Quality Assurance on applications, and as a Migration Specialist, where they led the planning and execution of infrastructure and application projects related to Global Identity and Access Management. Randy conducted stakeholder meetings, solved issues, and collaborated closely with Risk & Control teams to protect Citi and its clients.

Through their work experience, Randy French has developed a strong skill set in business analysis, data engineering, customer service, security analysis, and project management.

Randy French completed a certificate program in Data Science at Codeup in 2021. In addition, they have obtained the Agile Essentials certification from Talent Development in March 2023 and the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2001.
