Gwen Pham

Gwen Pham's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Asset Management & Capital Markets at ApexOne Investment Partners since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate of Asset Management at the same company from April 2020 to September 2022. Gwen also worked at Hartman Income REIT, where they served as an Asset Manager from January 2018 to April 2020 and as an Asset Analyst from October 2016 to January 2018.

Gwen Pham pursued their education in a chronological sequence. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of St. Thomas (TX) and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance in 2015. During the same year, they attended Prague University of Economics and Business, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics. Continuing their academic journey, Gwen Pham went on to Georgetown University in 2019, where they completed their Master's degree in Real Estate in 2021.
