Serge Mabally

Serge MABALLY is an experienced leader and advocate for individuals with disabilities, currently serving as Administrateur and Vice-Président at APF France handicap since August 2020. MABALLY also represents players as the National Representative at the Tennis Club de Clichy section Handisport and has been involved with Décathlon as an Ambassador for quality of life at work since 2008. With a background in several organizations including the Office Franco Allemand pour la jeunesse and the Forum Européen des Personnes Handicapées, MABALLY has held various roles aimed at promoting youth engagement and advocacy for disability issues, including positions within the Commission Nationale Politique de la Jeunesse and as a member of the Conseil Français des Personnes Handicapées sur les questions Européennes.
