Zack Fappiano has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. From 2013 to 2021, they have worked for seven different companies. In 2013, they began working at TopGoTech as the Head of Repair, where they learned how to fix and repair the newest technology from Ipads, Iphones, and Android devices. Zack also trained new employees on how to do repairs and ordered and found new sources for parts. In 2015, they began working at DWA Trade Show & Exposition Services as a Trade Show Installer. In 2017, they began working at College Pro as a Franchise Owner, where they tried to empower college students by giving them employment within their communities. Zack also hired and coached people from painters, job-site managers, and marketers. In the same year, they began working at Dr. Gutters as a Sales Lead, where their main duties were to update the current sales pipeline and incorporate 3rd party lead generations services. Zack also maximized ROI by creating a call script for estimate follow-ups that lead to a 30% increase in bookings. In 2019, they began volunteering at NPAAMB, where they helped lead a twice-weekly event focused on helping urban Indigenous youth cope with the COVID pandemic. Zack also moderated online groups and planned engaging events. In 2018, they began working at ApheleiaTech as the CEO and Founder, where they acted as Product Manager for Stockwise overseeing the development of the mobile app, along with creating the marketing campaign. Zack also lead a successful pre-Seed round at a $400,000 evaluation, along with getting over $500,000 in credits from companies like google cloud, AWS, and Nvidia. Zack also lead the business team during the 2020 Moldova Fintech Hackathon, where they were a winner and apart of an accelerator and created a test pilot for MAIB bank. In 2021, they began working at Vacasa as a Sales Development, where they connected with homeowners and educated them on the short term vacation rental space. Zack also constantly made over 100 outbound prospect calls a day, self sourced 50 leads a week, managed a pipeline, and created new opportunities for lead generation. Zack was also in charge of a special project taking the best lead self-sourcing methods from all SDR teams and automating the process. Zack was able to source thousands of net new leads in a day at a cost of $. Zack was also a Homecare Supervisor, where they worked closely with the Home Success Manager and Sales Director to act as the "boots on the ground". Zack made sure that homeowners under their care knew that their houses were well cared for and that guests had an amazing vacation.

Zack Fappiano attended Portland Community College from 2015 to 2019, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in general studies.
