Marty Hsu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marty started their career as a Principal Engineer at Alcatel TAISEL Taiwan in 1996, where they worked until 2000. Marty then joined Alcatel-Lucent, initially as a Product Manager from 2000 to 2004, then as Director of Business Development from 2004 to 2007, Vice President of Overseas Business Development from 2007 to 2010, and finally as VP of APAC Regional Support Center Strategic Industries from 2010 to 2012.
In 2013, Marty moved to Nokia, where they held multiple positions including Global Head of Industrialization & Technology Partners from 2013 to 2014 and Chief Technology Officer from 2014 to 2016. Marty also served as Head of Advanced Engineering & Consultancy Fixed Network APAC Regional Business Center from 2016 to 2017.
Marty's next venture was with Creatcomm Technology in 2017, where they worked as the Global Sales Director until 2018. Marty then took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Aphelion Networks, INC from 2018 onwards.
Lastly, Marty joined Focuscode Consulting in 2017 as a Principal Consultant, which they continue to do presently.
Marty Hsu pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Communications at RMIT University from 1992 to 1996.
