Erica Young

Erica Young is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aphena Pharma Solutions, Inc. since April 2025, Erica previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Qlarant from November 2015 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Quality Health Strategies, Inc. and a Human Resources Business professional at Advanced Patient Advocacy. Erica possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus.
