Shawn Reilley

Shawn Reilley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Aphena Pharma Solutions, Inc. since December 2018, Shawn has previously held positions including President of APPT at Milacron, where oversight included an $800 million P&L and multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior roles encompass Vice President and General Manager for America's Plastics Machinery at Milacron, and President of AndersonBrecon, successfully managing several combined businesses with significant sales and EBITDA. Additional experience includes leadership at Anderson Packaging Inc. and Reynolds Metals Company, contributing to growth and operational excellence. Shawn holds an MBA in Finance from Miami University.
