Candice Perlman has extensive experience in operations and customer service roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the COO at the Association of Public Health Laboratories since 2008, Candice is responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, providing project management support, and handling special projects. Prior to this role, Candice gained experience as a Course Logistics Assistant at APHL, where responsibilities included scheduling training events, managing registration processes, and creating training materials. Candice also worked at Apple as a Specialist, delivering customer service and personalized training.
