Novalee Richard

Novalee Richard, PMP is the Founder and Owner of Novalee's Mobile Notary & Apostille, a company they established in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Eventbrite from 2019 to 2022, where they held various roles including Executive Office Operations in Finance and DEI Program Manager. At Eventbrite, Novalee achieved significant accomplishments such as coordinating the annual Investor Day presentation, creating visual models for tracking performance metrics, and streamlining communications for the Audit Committee Board of Directors.

Before their time at Eventbrite, Novalee worked at Beacon Health Options as an Executive Assistant to CFO Thurman Justice from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they played a key role in the acquisition of Beacon Health Options by Anthem, assisting in the smooth transition of the merger. Novalee also helped in restructuring the organization's structure in relation to the merger.

From 2017 to 2018, Novalee worked at Senior Whole Health as an Executive Assistant to CFO & Interim CEO Thurman Justice. Novalee was responsible for organizing board materials, managing communications between the board and executive team, and implementing an auditing system for monitoring nurses' working hours.

Prior to this, Novalee held the position of Assistant To The Director Of Development at MIT Sloan School of Management for a contract period in 2017. Novalee maintained correspondence with MIT alumni, coordinated business travel, and managed the Executive Boards North-Eastern Meeting.

Novalee's experience also includes working as an Executive Assistant to the CHRO at NEPC, LLC from 2016 to 2017. Novalee partnered with the talent acquisition team, organized onboarding processes, and collaborated with external vendors for employee records.

Novalee has also worked as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Battery Wharf Hotel - Boston Waterfront in 2015 and as a Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2014 to 2015.

Novalee's early work experience includes being a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon from 2010 to 2012 and serving as an Overnight Manager at Courtyard by Marriott from 2010 to 2011.

Novalee Richard, PMP has a diverse education history. In 2003-2007, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Pacific Lutheran University. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's Degree in Music at the University of Oregon.

In 2022, Novalee earned a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University, specializing in Project Management. During the same year, they also acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter.

Additionally, Novalee Richard obtained a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2022. Novalee also completed training from the National Notary Association, obtaining a Commission Number for Notary services.
