Donna Jarvis-Miller, CMP, CEM has extensive experience in event management and conference planning. Donna has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Donna joined the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) in 2014 as the Director of Membership & Events / Conference Manager, where they built the Conference Department from scratch and was responsible for the majority of the association's annual revenue. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Meetings Management Group, managing meeting and exhibition needs for major accounts. Donna also served as the Director of Programs and Marketing at Conference Incorporated, overseeing event and conference planning for the Direct Marketing Association Washington (DMAW) and Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Expo Tracker as the Conference Director and Director of Operations and Business Development. Donna managed the Wild West Veterinary Conference with a significant budget and attendees.
