Jessica Garon has a diverse work experience in the field of communication and education. Jessica served as the Director of Communications at APHSA from October 2018 onwards, after working as a Communications Manager from March 2016 to September 2018. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at APHSA from March 2014 to March 2016.
Additionally, Jessica worked at George Mason University as an Adjunct Faculty Member, teaching Public Speaking from August 2012 to December 2016. Jessica also served as the Graduate Programs Coordinator from September 2011 to March 2014 and as the Office Manager from September 2009 to September 2011 at the same institution.

During this role, they co-led a needs analysis project and produced a training plan/handbook to address communication challenges in the healthcare system.
Jessica Garon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Public Relations, at George Mason University from 2004 to 2008. Jessica then pursued further education, earning a Master of Arts degree in Health and Strategic Communication at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
