Carl Roberts

Carl Roberts is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations & Group Human Resources at APi Group since November 2024. Previously, Carl was the Group Director of People & Transformation at APi International (Chubb Group) and held senior roles at Chubb Fire & Security, including Senior Director of Global People Services and Director of People Services. Carl's extensive background includes positions as Associate Director of Human Resources at Carrier, Head of HR Shared Services at Speedy Hire, and various HR leadership roles at Network Rail and Co-op. Carl holds a Master of Laws in Employment Law and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The Open University and CIPD qualifications, respectively, alongside a BA (Hons) in Business from Liverpool John Moores University.
