Laure Lagier has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Starting as a junior consultant at Ethicity in 2008, Laure progressed through various roles, including researcher at the Institut of Environmental Studies UNSW Sydney in 2009 and several positions at Api Restauration from 2014 to the present. Currently, Laure serves as Directrice RSE and co-manager of the mission, focusing on aligning strategies and managing the mission committee's work while overseeing sustainability initiatives. Laure's educational background includes a Master's in Sustainable Development Policies from Sciences Po Lille and advanced training in carbon accounting.
