Marjolaine Grisard

Marjolaine Grisard is the current CSR Director at Nexity. Marjolaine has over 15 years of experience working in Corporate Social Responsibility. Marjolaine has worked extensively in developing and implementing CSR strategy for large organizations. Before their current role, they were the Responsable RSE - Head of CSR at Groupe ADP from March 2005 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for piloting the Group's CSR strategy, strengthening CSR governance, coordinating reporting, and conducting external evaluations. Marjolaine also worked on the development of the company's raison d'être and stakeholder engagement. Prior to their work at Groupe ADP, they were a project manager for environmental consulting firm Gaudriot, devenue Saunier et Associés from January 2003 to March 2005. In this role, they advised businesses and local municipalities on environmental issues. Marjolaine also completed a voluntary international placement with the Municipalite de Quixeramobim in Ceara, Brazil from July 2001 to July 2002. This experience solidified their commitment to working in the social responsibility field. Marjolaine began their career with a commercial internship at SUEZ from March 2000 to September 2000.

Marjolaine Grisard is an engineer agronomist from the INA P-G and has also completed the Transition to General Management (TGM) Program from INSEAD. Additionally, they have a Research and Innovation Management program from the French National Fundation of Business and Administration Organisations (FNEP). Lastly, they are an engineer from the Ecole nationale du Génie rural, des Eaux et des Forêts (ENGREF).
