Noel Harmon, PhD, currently serves as the President of APIA Scholars. Prior to this role, Noel held positions such as Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships at Say Yes to Education, Inc., and Associate Director Global Cities Initiative at The Brookings Institution. Noel also has experience in academia, teaching "Citizenship in a Multicultural Society" and serving in various roles at different institutions such as the University of Iowa and Western Illinois University. Noel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Iowa.
