Stavros Vergopoulos

Stavros Vergopoulos is an academic and architectural professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of the Postgraduate Program "Advanced Design: Innovation and Transdisciplinarity in Architectural Design" at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 2005, Stavros Vergopoulos focuses on contemporary issues of creativity, innovation, and design. As an Associate Professor, Stavros Vergopoulos holds a PhD in Architecture from the University of Edinburgh, specializing in design representations and computational systems, with academic interests in Digital Design Process and Digital Fabrication. Additionally, as a co-founder and Director of ARCHIgraph since 1996, Stavros Vergopoulos has significant experience in the design and construction supervision of large-scale buildings and professional spaces.
