Marie Milan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marie started their career in 2014 as a Stagiaire Chargée de communication at Comexposium, where they worked for a brief period. In 2015, they had another internship as a Stagiaire Relations Publics et Médias at Agence PGO. In 2017, Marie worked as an Account Executive Trainee at Havas Brussels. Marie then joined Socomec Group in 2018 as a Promotional Communication Project Manager until 2019. Marie then worked at tado GmbH from 2020, initially as a Customer Care representative before becoming a T3 Technical Advisor until 2023. Marie'smost recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at apiday, where they started in May 2023.

Marie then attended the IUT de Béziers from 2013 to 2015, where they earned their DUT Techniques de Commercialisation degree. In 2015, Marie pursued a double diplôme DUETI - Bachelor avec l'IAE de Montpellier at Dundalk Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they attended IAE Lille and obtained their Master's degree in Marketing Communication Culture.
