Pradeep Talreja

Pradeep Talreja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Pradeep is currently working as the Senior Director - Talent Acquisition at Apidel Technologies since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations from January 2017 to July 2022. From January 2015 to December 2016, Pradeep held the position of Vice President - Delivery & Operations at the same company. Before joining Apidel Technologies, they worked at Collabera (Formerly GCI) as a Recruiting Manager - Financial Services from May 2007 to October 2012. Pradeep started their career at Infosys BPO in June 2006 as a Level 3 Agent (Mentor Help Desk - Verizon) and stayed until May 2007. Throughout their career, Pradeep has demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, operations, recruitment, employee training, and management.

Pradeep Talreja obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounts from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2003 to 2006. Pradeep then pursued a Master of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the same university, completing it from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they enrolled at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management in 2011. Prior to their university education, Pradeep attended Basil School from 1988 to 2003, completing their High School education with a focus on Commerce. Additionally, in August 2020, they obtained a certification in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
