Laura Wilkinson

Laura Wilkinson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Apiiro, where they help security teams and developers address critical risks in cloud-native applications. Prior to that, Laura was a Technical Account Manager at Akeyless Security, where they focused on onboarding, deployment, and technical support for customer success. Laura also served as a Senior Technical Success Manager at Snyk, where they built trust with security executives and developers and provided overall deployment and adoption best practices.

Before transitioning into customer success roles, Laura worked at IBM for several years. Laura was an Account Executive, leading negotiations and closing agreements for the company's security products and services. Laura also held the role of Worldwide Senior Sales Engineer, specializing in application security and compliance. In this role, they played a significant role in generating revenue through pre-sales presentations and post-sales support.

Laura's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they contributed to the development of unmanned ground vehicles and missile defense programs. Laura also served as an Electrical Engineer, leading the development of crash survivable memory units for the Joint Strike Fighter program. Throughout their career, Laura has consistently delivered excellent results and demonstrated strong technical and strategic skills.

Laura Wilkinson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1995 and 2000. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued further education at Southern Methodist University, where their field of study was Computer Science. However, no specific degree was mentioned for their studies at Southern Methodist University.
