Apilox, we are reimagining healthcare access by building Tanzania’s first integrated Pharmaceutical retail network. Our mission is to create a centralized pharmaceutical inventory system that makes medicines more accessible, affordable, and reliable for every community — especially patients in rural areas who often face long distances and limited supply.

Through our Prescription Benefit Management (APIBEM) scheme, we empower patients living with chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma to refill medications on credit at any pharmacy around the country, ensuring consistent access to life-saving treatments without financial or geographical barriers.

Apilox also bridges the gap between pharmacies, patients, and providers, enabling smarter prescription management and reducing medicine shortages across the country. While doctor consultations remain part of our platform, our core focus is building a strong pharmaceutical backbone that delivers lasting impact on healthcare accessibility.
