Prior to this role, Bill Bowen was the Owner of Bowen Insurance Brokers from July 1986 to June 2017, and has also held the position of Director at C T Bowring from January 1980 to June 1985. Bill Bowen's educational background includes GCE O and A Levels in Accounting, Economics, and Mathematics, completed at Hamilton High School, with attendance spanning from 1963 to 1969 in Rhodesia.
