James Graham is currently serving as the Business Development Manager at TecEx, a leader in DDP shipping for multinational tech hardware procurement. Prior to this role, James held positions at OLEA Insurance Solutions in South Africa as a Sales Development Representative and Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included underwriting, account maintenance, and client support. James also worked at Driesassur, providing client services in various insurance sectors, and at Apio Wealth as a Customer Relationship Manager, focusing on client relations and issue resolution. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Pretoria, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and completed secondary education at St David’s Marist Inanda from 2006 to 2019.
