Currently serving as a Claims Specialist and Underwriter at OLEA South Africa since August 2021, Portia previously worked at Libra Insurance Brokers from February 2018 to July 2021, where roles included Sales and Marketing Specialist as well as Claims Specialist. This experience has equipped Portia with a comprehensive understanding of both the operational and customer-oriented aspects of insurance services.
