Justin Folkers

Justin Folkers is currently the CEO at Apiphani. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director, AMS Delivery Enablement at Virtustream from November 2014 to March 2018. In this role, they worked with both strategic clients and internal teams to ensure that the value of Virtustream's services were fully realized. Justin leveraged client relationships developed early in the engagement life cycle to understand the specific operational requirements of the client while also facilitating the implementation of Virtustream methodologies in a manner that was most suited to the organization's structure, existing processes, and culture. In addition to client-facing endeavors, they also managed key initiatives within the Applications Managed Services business including PLM oversight, management of operational standards and methodologies, margin analysis and resource allocation.

Before working at Virtustream, Justin was an independent strategy consultant from January 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, they were a Principal at CapGemini from May 2007 to December 2012. Before working at CapGemini, they were the Director at Kanbay from July 2005 to April 2007. Before working at Kanbay, they were the Manager at Adjoined Consulting from December 2003 to June 2005.
