Rachael Spelman

Rachael Spelman is a dedicated sustainability professional currently serving as Lead Sustainability Analyst at Apis Innovation since October 2023. Rachael previously held the role of Sustainability Intern at Prose, a Public Benefit Corporation, where significant contributions included conducting Life Cycle Assessments and automating carbon footprint measurement processes. Prior experience includes positions at Mondelēz International, where Rachael developed research methodologies and led product innovation initiatives, as well as internships in social media marketing and global marketing at FluroSat. Rachael also served as Vice President of Operations at Delta Phi Epsilon, overseeing a budget and chapter operations, and as Finance Chair for Take Back the Night. Rachael holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology from the same institution.
