Roman Hawkins

Roman Hawkins is currently the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Apiture. Prior to this, they were with PPD for just over a year, from May 2016 to November 2017. There, they served as a Finance Operations Analyst. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 20 Clinical Trials with a total TCV of $600m. Roman also performed financial analysis to identify OOS work while providing the impact of gross profit. Additionally, they ensured that the managed portfolio was audit compliant by providing proper backing of contracted budgets. Roman also confirmed that the CVFR matched modified executed contracts on a monthly basis. Furthermore, they collaborated with multiple departments daily to ensure revised contracts were financially sustainable. Lastly, they generated a tool used to back any revenue recognized for OOS work completed to date during ME due to revised contract authorizations.

Roman Hawkins has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington. Roman also has a certification from Bloomberg LP in BESS (Bloomberg Terminal Certification). Furthermore, they have a certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner.
