Jon West

Jon West has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jon started their career in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Specialist, where they provided air base defense and police services. After leaving the military, they worked for Seminole County Government as a Supervisor of EMS and Fire Communications, managing a team and overseeing special projects. Jon then moved on to Orlando Health, where they served as a Program Business Analyst, developing performance management systems. Jon also worked at Via Response Technologies as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, leading a team and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Jon's career then took him to Lockheed Martin, where they held roles such as Subcontract Program Manager and Senior Project Engineer, working on various improvement initiatives. Jon later joined HMS, serving as the Sr Dir of Product Performance and Digital Transformation and Director of Revenue Optimization. Their responsibilities included managing teams, driving business objectives, and sourcing technology partners. Jon then worked at AccentCare as the Director of Enterprise Data Engineering, overseeing a team responsible for data solutions. Jon is currently employed at Apixio as the Senior Director of Business Process Engineering. Overall, Jon has a strong background in leadership, project management, and process improvement.

Jon West received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Management from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Jon then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from UCF College of Business, completing it in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Jon obtained various certifications, including Strategic Planning Foundations, Agile Foundations, The Essential Elements of Predictive Analytics and Data Mining, Python Essential Training, Micro-Certification in Performance Analytics, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
