Jay Pratt

Jay Pratt has extensive experience in the software engineering field, beginning with their current role as a Senior Software Engineer at SKFL and Apkudo. Prior to this, Jay worked as a Software Engineer at Google from 2018 to 2023. Jay also gained tutoring experience at UNSW, where they worked as a Computer Science Tutor from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Jay had internships at Facebook in 2016 and Microsoft in 2015, where they focused on software engineering projects. Earlier in their career, Jay worked as a Front End Developer at Rulingia.com in 2015 and as a Junior Researcher at the University of Wollongong in 2013. Furthermore, Jay had the opportunity to participate in the National Youth Science Forum in 2013, where they gained valuable exposure to the scientific community.

Jay Pratt completed their Higher School Certificate at Smith's Hill High School from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they attended Udacity for a short duration to pursue a degree in Web Development, specifically focusing on creating websites and web apps with Google App Engine. From 2014 to 2017, Jay studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
