April Chapman

April Chapman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee communications, change management, and training across various organizations. Currently serving as the Employee Communications & Change Manager at APL Logistics since July 2016, April focuses on global internal communication and coaching to facilitate effective organizational change. In addition to this role, April inspires women through Christian retreats and authors a book sharing personal testimony and spiritual insights. Previous positions include Marketing Director at EVOC Excellence, Consultant/Speaker at Speakin' Up, and Sales Manager at Avectra, among others, showcasing a strong background in marketing, sales, and education. April holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Puget Sound.
