Michel De Los Santos G.

Michel De Los Santos G. has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and programming. Michel started their career as a Programador de Cobol at BBVA Bancomer in 2011, where they developed processes and components in the area of payment methods. Michel then moved on to Grupo Financiero Banorte in 2012, where they worked as a Junior Tester, analyzing functional requirements, creating test matrices, and executing modular and integrated tests.

In 2013, Michel joined MetLife as a Junior Tester, where they performed analysis of documentation, developed test cases, and executed test cases. Michel then returned to Grupo Financiero Banorte, this time as a QA Tester, where they were responsible for various testing activities such as analyzing documentation, designing test plans, creating modular, smoke, integrated, and certification test cases, executing test cases, and generating reports.

In 2019, Michel worked at Procesar as a QA Tester, where they tested software applications. Michel then joined izzi telecom as a Senior Software Tester, contributing to the testing process from June 2019 to February 2020.

Most recently, Michel worked at TotalTech as a Senior Software Tester from May 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed as a QA Engineer at Aplazo starting from June 2023.

Michel De Los Santos G. attended Instituto Mesoamerica from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Certificado in Técnico en Administracion. Additionally, they have received two additional certifications. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Scrum Fundamentals from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In June 2020, they also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) from the same institution.
