Rodrigo Ayora Peon

Rodrigo Ayora Peon has been working in various roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as an Analyst at A2C Consulting, where they worked with a team to develop an AsIs Project for a RA and documented and mapped over 20 processes. Rodrigo also worked as a Supervisor at Cocinas Europeas, where they introduced an inventory management project, supervised the kitchen furniture manufacturing process, and detected key production process errors and collaborated in their correction. In 2016, they worked as a Consultant and Analyst at Growth and Profit Consulting. In 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Galera. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Uber as a Regional Operations Manager and an Uber Eats Operations Coordinator. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at OYO M\u00e9xico as a City Lead and a Sr. Operations Manager. Currently, they are the VP of Sales and Sales Operations and Enablement Head at Aplazo.

Rodrigo Ayora Peon obtained their B.S. Industrial Engineering with minor in Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2012 to 2017. Rodrigo then participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2016. In 2015, they obtained a Supply Chain Management and Logistics Specialization from The University of British Columbia.
