Bianca Hermansen

Bianca Hermansen serves as the Global DEI ERG Chair at ISS A/S, where responsibilities include chairing the ISS Global Pride ERG and leading initiatives such as the D&I Heroes program and the development of DE&I workplace products. In addition to current roles at ISS, Bianca Hermansen is the Head of Workplace Experience Design at SIGNAL, overseeing workplace integration and client relations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at The LEGO Group and CITITEK, as well as academic roles at various institutions, including the University of Copenhagen and the Aarhus School of Architecture. With a diverse background in urban design, behavioral nudging, and inclusive design, Bianca Hermansen holds a Dr. Phil in Architecture/Social Science from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and an MA in Landscape & Urbanism from Aarhus School of Architecture.
