Dr. Catharina Lenz

Dr. Catharina Lenz has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Dr. Catharina is currently serving as the CHRO of Apleona Group, where they are responsible for the HR department and the integration of the Gegenbauer Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Apleona GmbH, overseeing a team of 100 employees in areas such as recruitment, employee care, administration, and training. Dr. Catharina has also held senior HR positions at Apleona GmbH Facility and Real Estate Management, Apleona Real Estate Management, mobilcom-debitel GmbH, and Firmenverbund Erfurt. Their expertise includes talent management, recruiting, employer branding, and implementing HR software solutions. Throughout their career, Dr. Lenz has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement HR strategies to meet the organization's needs.

Dr. Catharina Lenz obtained a Diplom degree in Sociology from Leipzig University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
