Sebastian Croizé-Pourcelet

Sebastian Croizé-Pourcelet has a diverse work experience. Sebastian started their career at RWTH Aachen University as a Student Assistant in 2012, working in the Institute for Innovation, Strategy & Organization. Sebastian then had a (voluntary) internship at Zueblin International GmbH in 2013. After that, they continued their studies and had another (voluntary) internship at DS-Consulting Process & Organization GmbH in 2014. In 2015, Sebastian completed a Masterthesis at DS-Consulting Process & Organization GmbH. Sebastian then joined b-k-p Consulting as an Analyst in 2016, and later became a Consultant and then a Senior Consultant. In 2020, they moved on to Struktur Management Partner GmbH as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Currently, Sebastian is working at Apleona Group as a Project Lead for Operational Efficiency since February 2023.

Sebastian Croizé-Pourcelet obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In 2013, they also briefly attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) for International Business & Entrepreneurship studies.

Prior to their Master's degree, Sebastian completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. This degree program lasted from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastian Croizé-Pourcelet also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Master, which they obtained from Scrum.org in May 2018.
