Robert Wenzel is an accomplished professional with significant experience in leadership and operational excellence within the facility management sector. Currently serving as Niederlassungsleiter for Apleona Group since December 2017, Robert manages a large team of approximately 500 technicians, site managers, and engineers. Previously, Robert held the position of Head of Operational Excellence, overseeing a team of 80 engineers and focusing on project management, energy efficiency, and process optimization. Robert also has experience as Head of Consulting at Apleona Group and Principal Consultant at JLL. Before that, Robert served as Teamleiter Consulting at Bilfinger HSG Facility Management GmbH. Robert holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz, obtained in 2011.
