More than 30 years of experience consulting entrepreneurs, corporations, private practices, and non-profit organizations.

His organizational planning and development expertise allows him to partner with companies to create, implement, and improve organizational systems. As a dynamic and engaging facilitator, Kim leads teams in understanding communication styles and works with them to learn how to leverage these communication styles. Kim specializes in sales training, customer service training, business growth, innovation, profitability, and funding.

Before succeeding as an entrepreneur, Kim acquired leadership expertise through 17 years as Director of Sales for Radio One Raleigh and 5 years as General Sales Manager for WDCG and WRDU, AM/FM Inc. (now I-Heart Media). He is the Founder and Pastor of Restoration Fellowship Assembly, Inc, an ecclesiastic assembly whose purpose is to “nurture the community to the fulfillment of purpose”. Additionally, Kim is a former President and Chair of the R.H.E.M.A Foundation, a 501c3 Non-Profit Outreach extension of Restoration Fellowship Assembly, Inc.
