Madra Britt

For over 20 years, Madra has helped individuals and organizations embrace change and thrive.

Her experience includes teaching at the university level, instructing students in career counseling, and providing individual coaching on career decision-making. In addition, Madra has partnered with many organizations to guide them through job-change strategies necessitated by corporate reorganizations.

Madra’s career-transition counseling clients include individuals, business executives, and higher education professionals throughout the US as well as those in Europe, Canada, India, South America, Africa, Australia, and China.

Madra holds an MS in English and an MS in Counselor Education and is certified by the Coaching Federation.
