Tamara McCulloch

Designing and developing instructor-led and web-based courses in the information technology, pharmaceutical, financial, medical, and education sectors for over 20 years.

Tamara is a certified educator, instructional consultant, and project team leader. Tamara’s experience includes leading design teams through the development of training materials for processes and procedures, facilitating groups, developing executive leadership, and creating communities of practice.

She is also a certified facilitator in DiSC® assessment delivery and facilitation. Tamara is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), sits on the ATD-Research Triangle Area Chapter (ATD-RTA) board, and is the past president of the ATD-RTA Chapter.

Tamara is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Raleigh-Wake Human Resource Management Association, and the Organization of Women in International Trade – Greater Triangle.
