David Shpritz has worked in the IT industry since 2002. David began their career as a Senior Technician for Edgewebhosting.net and then moved to Aplura, LLC in 2010, where they assumed the roles of Director of Services and Splunk Practice Lead, Information Security Consultant.

David Shpritz attended the University of Maryland from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in American Literature (United States). David also holds several certifications, including Splunk Certified Consultant II (obtained in September 2015), Splunk Certified Architect (obtained in November 2010), Splunk Core Certified Consultant (obtained in January 2021), GSEC (obtained in October 2009), and TippingPoint Security Expert (institution unknown).
