Cleve G. Barclay III is an accomplished legal and business affairs professional with extensive experience in the media and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Legal & Business Affairs - Global Rights at A+E Networks since 2006, Cleve has progressed through various positions within the company, contributing expertise in rights and clearances. Prior to A+E Networks, Cleve worked as a Business Performance Consultant and ESL Teacher in Brazil with Bridge-Linguatec, and as a Political Coordinator for the John Kerry campaign during the 2004 elections with the Democratic National Committee. Earlier career experience includes contract negotiation roles at Goldman Sachs. Cleve holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a Master’s degree in Global Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from SUNY New Paltz.
