Fang Xu

Fang Xu currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at A+E Global Media since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Prior to this, Fang was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Capital One, where strategic vision was set for the Talent Acquisition team across various lines of business, with a focus on diversity and data-driven initiatives. Earlier roles include Associate on the Process & Operations Team at Tiger Bay Advisors, Engagement Manager and Recruiting Coordinator at Bridgewater Associates, HR Generalist at EMI Music, and Management Trainee at Cintas Corp. Fang Xu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and Organizational Management from Manhattanville University.
